PRP TREATMENTS EXPLAINED
During this treatment, we take one or more vials of blood, spin it in a centrifuge to separate the platelet rich plasma (PRP) from the red blood cells. This is a natural treatment using your own plasma to promote rapid reproduction of cells.
This treatment is incredible when used in conjunction with skin needling.
SKIN TREATMENT
Platelet rich plasma can be skin needled into the face and also injected using a small needle to improve the appearance of:
Dark circles under the eyes
Scars
Overall health and brightness of the skin
HAIR LOSS TREATMENT
Platelet rich plasma can be injected into the scalp in areas of hair loss/hair thinning. This is a less invasive alternative to hair transplants. The PRP stimulates growth in dormant hair cells, 3 treatments 4 weeks apart is recommended initially, then 3 monthly maintenance treatments.
Results will be seen around 3-6 months after the initial treatment.
Best results are seen on those who started receding/thinning within the last 5 years.

How long until you see results?
Skin improvements will begin to show in 2 - 5 days post treatment, and will continue to improve over the next 6 weeks.
For hair loss treatment, results will be seen around 6 months after the initial treatment.
What is the downtime?
Minimal downtime with PRP treatments. You may see some small red dots, or small lumps immediately after which subside in the next few hours.
Does it hurt?
No, the injections are performed with tiny needles, to which the injections can be described as small scratches. For those who aren't great with needles, we offer a strong topical numbing to maximise comfort.
